Working with Gail we were able to capitalize on three different opportunities. Each opportunity outlined below was not fully functional or was nonexistent on her old website. After our first meeting we knew that we could provide a modern website design with all the features Gail was dreaming of for her new site.
Gail’s website features a clean clutter free design based off a logo concept she came up with. We were able to take her original logo idea and transform it into a clean and balanced design. The website features hover over effects which create a sense of relevance to younger home buyers while still keeping standard website navigation for older generations. The website was designed to put key features like map searches and home keywords searches right in the forefront. This ensures the most popular features of the website are easily found and utilized.
Gail wanted a feature to showcase the homes she personally has listed. We were able to use a feature from the IDX API which showcases homes that Gail lists before other listings and on her feature homes page. Now visitors are shown her listing as a priority over other realtors listings in the MLS.
Gail wanted visitors to have access to the MLS listings in her local area. We performed extensive research and found that IDX Broker was the best option to meet her needs. IDX Broker is a 3rd party API which allows Gail to place the entire MLS service, for the Richmond area, on her website. Visitors can perform advanced home searches using text search, sorting, and interactive maps. We styled and integrated IDS Brokers application seamlessly into Gail's website giving her online visitors the ability to search all homes for sale right from her website. This increases the possibility of her receiving a call from them when they want to look at a home in person.
Gail uses amazing video tours for some of the homes she lists. We created an easy to update video gallery which allows her to add new videos for the homes she lists. This feature helps Gail to focus attention on homes that she lists for sale.
Gail’s new website is a feature-packed sales generating machine. After we helped Gail narrow down the best MLS search options integration with IDX went very smoothly, and the overall design turned out amazing. Now Gail has an advanced lead generation system built right into her website with features on par with larger real estate organizations. Her site is blazing fast (using our dedicated cloud hosting) and her visitors have access to amazing video tours which help drive home the sales. We really enjoyed working with Gail on this project. Her eye for design was very refreshing and we always welcome the opportunity to “nerd out” on feature-packed API integrations.
IAH needs to be able to carefully orchestrate the announcement of new shows and the announcement of when tickets go on sale. The admin area of the WordPress website allows IAH to manage and add new shows easily. Each show can be edited from one convenient admin page which populates the home page, the concert listing page, and the author’s bio page.
The new website was launched the same year the concert series was undergoing a management change and venue upgrade. To match the new and exciting venue changes, all of the graphics on the home page of the IAH website were custom design to help present the series in a way that captures the fun and exciting atmosphere of the venue.
The IAH website is mobile responsive which is extremely important as over 60% of their online traffic comes from mobile devices. The site is designed to load faster and reformat layouts to give mobile users the best experience possible.
The IAH website is built to deliver amazing SEO results. All the features need for adding and updating back-end SEO metadata, and microdata are built into the website. Analytical tracking scripts are integrated into the website to capture visitor actions and referral sources. We’ve also integrated conversion goals to let IAH know when visitors are clicking on the purchase tickets links.
