Online Reservation System

Since HWY 43 rents out storage facilities in the Richmond area, we created an online reservation system that makes it easy for prospective renters to sign up.

The online reservation system serves as both a sales tool and an asset to streamline workflow, making it easier for customers to book reservations and easier for staff to keep track of them.

API Integration & Custom Design

HWY 43 Self Storage used a third-party reservation system for their rental units. We set up their website to push client requests for a rental unit directly into their reservation software.

HWY 43 can view requests for a specific unit size and assign that request to their new client. HWY 43 also has an option to accept credit card payments for reservation deposits online.

The pages and reservation system were both designed around HWY 43’s desire to incorporate their company colors into the website. Each page was carefully crafted to help maintain uniformity to the brand colors. The design focused on creating an easy to follow process that online visitors could follow to complete a reservation online.
