Brother’s Promotions’ old website was outdated and had an unprofessional appearance. The website had issues with speed, was not consistent in formatting, had a poor user experience, and was not easy to update by the client. BP needed a way to showcase all of their upcoming events as well as the artists, food vendors, and merchants that would be attending. They needed the ability to onboard new vendors through online forms, take vendor payments, keep track of vendor payments, vendor booths, and other important vendor information. They wanted a website that was unique and created a sense of fun while also being easy for visitors to navigate.
Brother’s Promotions was awarded the contracts to manage three new events in 2020, which entailed hundreds of new vendors and artists. We built a streamlined automatic onboarding system for them to accept vendor and artist applications online while also being able to take payments online. Once the vendor or artist is approved, their online application automatically converts into their online profile, which showcases their services, products, or art.
Brother’s Promotions has a private administrative are which has all their vendors listed in a table which can be exported to an EXCEL file. They use the data to determine which vendors have turned in all their paperwork, who has paid, and what booth they have for the day of the show along with other important day of show information and notes. Creating a seamless process from vendor application all the way up to vendors signing in at the day of the show has saved Brother’s Promotions countless hours of administrative work.
Brother’s Promotions wanted a clean interface to showcase all of their events and artists. The Brother’s Promotions moto for each event is “fun and lively events” with a particular focus on artists who attend as entertainment or as vendors. We were given the liberty to create a design that is both modern minimalistic (clean) but also lively and artistic. The subtle interactive sliding elements on the website bring the site to life and help make the Brother’s Promotions brand more memorable.
Now, Brother’s Promotions has a professional website that properly represents the fun-filled events that they promote. The vendors and artists have showcase pages which help visitors learn more and get excited about going to the event. The showcase pages also help to support vendors and artists when they are not showcasing at the events with links to their social media and website. Brother’s Promotions can easily onboard new vendors by accepting online applications and taking payments directly on their website. The website also features an administrative page that pulls in all the important information about vendors which will be needed for each event. Brother’s Promotions can now track who has paid, who has turned in all forms, and much more for each event, which ensures the big day will go off without a hitch.
