Phase 1: Get the job leads
More of the right jobs coming in.
Websites, advertising, tracking, and fast follow-up for project-based companies, run by Benjamin himself. Phase 2 is using AI to win and run each job once the leads arrive.
Every job you run starts with a lead. Money spent on ads is easy to waste if the website that receives the click is slow, unclear, or hard to act on, and if nobody can tell which leads turned into paid work.
That is why we treat advertising, the website, and tracking as one piece of work. A good site is part of the marketing, not a separate project.
Where your leads come from matters as much as how you handle them once they arrive.
Where to start
A free group session: ask me anything
Benjamin runs the session live, twice a week, for up to three companies at a time. He spends 30 minutes showing what is working right now for project companies, then 30 minutes answering whatever you want to ask. The agenda is below, so you know what you are signing up for.
- 30 minutes showing what is working right now, then a 30-minute ask-me-anything.
- Two sessions a week, with up to three companies in each.
- Free. Bring your real questions about your own site, ads, or leads.
What we will cover
The 30-minute agenda
No mystery. Here is exactly what Benjamin covers, in order.
Minutes 0 to 5
Where your best customers look
Search, social, and referrals for project companies: how to work out which one fits your business before you spend on any of them.
Minutes 5 to 10
Why the website matters as much as the ad
What happens in the few seconds after the click, and the changes that most often turn visits into quote requests.
Minutes 10 to 20
What it costs to win a customer
How to track an ad through to a booked job, how to work out your cost per new customer, and what a number worth keeping looks like for your kind of job.
Minutes 20 to 30
Fast follow-up, and where AI helps
Why a lead that waits until Monday is often gone, and how AI can qualify leads and reply quickly. It helps with follow-up. It does not run your ads for you.
Then, 30 more minutes
Ask me anything
Bring your own site, your ads, or your last bad month of leads. With only three companies in the session, there is time for each question.
Pick your date
Choose a date for your free marketing session
Pick a time and tell us what you most want answered. You get a calendar invite by email. Up to three companies per session.
Trouble with the calendar? Open the booking page, or send a message through the contact page. We use your details only to reply to you and never sell them.
What is included
Four parts, one plan
Advertising where your customers look
Search, social, professional networks, or a mix, based on where your best customers actually are. We start small, test, and put the budget behind what works.
A website that turns visits into inquiries
Fast, clear, and built around the one thing you want a visitor to do. Websites are built or fixed as part of the marketing plan, because they decide how much of your ad spend pays off.
Tracking tied to booked jobs
You should be able to see which ads and pages produce real jobs, not just clicks. We set that up first so every decision after it rests on numbers.
Fast follow-up on every lead
A lead that waits until Monday is often gone. This connects to the rest of Jonroc's work: the audit shows where AI can respond and follow up faster.
How it works
Monthly, and by application
Ongoing advertising and marketing work is a monthly retainer. Your ad budget is separate and goes straight to the platforms. Website builds are scoped and quoted for your situation.
Because Benjamin does this work himself, he takes on a limited number of marketing clients. We start with a conversation about your business, your customers, and what a good result would look like for you.
A good fit if
- You run a project-based service business with the capacity to take on more jobs.
- You can set aside an advertising budget and give it time to be tested.
- You want to see numbers, not just reports.
Probably not a fit if
- You do not care what it costs to win a new customer.
- You are looking for the cheapest option.
- You cannot handle more leads than you have now.
Experience
Marketing is where Jonroc started
Jonroc has built websites and run marketing for businesses since 2011, including construction, event, and rental companies. Benjamin has directed more than $3 million in advertising budgets across that time.
For one client, he grew a monthly advertising budget from $10,000 to $1,200,000 over six months.
Reviews from past website and marketing clients are on the home page, and the portfolio shows sites built for rental and construction companies.
Ready for Phase 2?
Phase 1 brings jobs in. Phase 2 is the audit: where AI helps you win and run each job, and who should run it. Many companies do both.

What most people ask before getting in touch.
Which advertising platforms do you work with?
Whichever ones your customers actually use. That can mean search ads, social media, professional networks, or a mix. The first job is working out where your best customers look, then testing there, not spreading a budget across everything.
Do you build websites as well?
Yes, and it is part of the same work. An ad that sends people to a slow or confusing site wastes the money you spent on the click. Websites are built as part of the marketing plan, not as a separate project.
How is it priced?
Advertising and ongoing marketing are a monthly retainer. Your advertising budget is separate and goes straight to the platforms. Website builds are scoped and quoted for your situation. Prices depend on the size of the work, so we talk first.
Can you promise results?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. What we can do is set up tracking so you can see which leads turn into booked jobs, and adjust based on what the numbers show.
How is this different from the audit?
Phase 1 is about bringing in more of the right jobs. The audit is Phase 2: it looks at how you win and run each job and where AI fits. They work well together, and you can do either one on its own.
