These Terms of Service apply to jonroc.com and to the internal tools operated by Jonroc LLC ("Jonroc", "we", "us"), including the applications we use to publish Jonroc's own content to Jonroc's own accounts. By using jonroc.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our use of Google and YouTube API Services

Jonroc uses YouTube API Services in an internal application to upload and manage videos on Jonroc's own YouTube channel. The application is operated only by authorized Jonroc staff. It is not offered to the public, and no one outside Jonroc signs in to it or connects an account to it.

By using YouTube API Services through our tools, we are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke our application's access to your Google data at any time through the Google security settings page.

Use of this website

You agree to use jonroc.com lawfully and not to:

• Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site, its forms or our systems.
• Submit spam, false information or content that is unlawful or infringes anyone else's rights.
• Copy or scrape the site in a way that interferes with its operation.

Our services

Information on this site describes Jonroc's website, online marketing, AI and consulting services. It is general information, not a quote or an offer. Paid work is covered by a separate written agreement or proposal, and that document controls if it conflicts with these terms. Free sessions and audits are provided as described on the site and may change or end at any time.

Intellectual property

The content of jonroc.com, including text, design, logos and images, belongs to Jonroc LLC or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not reproduce or sell its content without our written permission. Content you send us stays yours, and you allow us to use it to respond to you and to provide the services you asked for.

Third-party services and links

The site uses and links to third-party services, including Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and our scheduling provider. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

No warranty

The site and our tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error free or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Jonroc LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

Termination

We may suspend or block access to the site or our tools at any time, for any reason, including misuse. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as intellectual property, no warranty and limitation of liability, continue after access ends.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
